Sophie & Sean were married at Norton House, Mumbles, Doing makeup that day was the awesome Jessie Dalimore and bridal hair was done by Amy Adamson. With Norton house in Mumbles being literally 5 minutes away from my house its one of my closest venues. I've covered quite a few weddings there... Have to say Sophie looked absolutely spectacular.... Below are some of my favourites of the day... Karl x

Norton house wedding photography

In the early 19th century, the house was purchased by the Norton family, who gave the house its current name. The Nortons were also wealthy industrialists, and they made several additions and renovations to the house over the years, including the addition of a conservatory and the installation of gas lighting.

During World War II, Norton House was used as a hospital for wounded soldiers. After the war, the house was converted into office space, and it was used by a variety of businesses over the years. In the late 20th century, the house fell into disrepair, and it was almost demolished. However, in the early 2000s, a restoration project was undertaken, and the house was carefully renovated and restored to its former glory. Today, Norton House is a beautiful example of Georgian architecture and is used as office space and event space for weddings and other functions.
